yes its open flesh, im no doctor but i think hanging skin and 0% drops of blood is something weird. Also the news said he had injuries in the abdomen when he was on the fence.

But we do not see it for his t shirt.

That's definitely a leg wound. I'm no doctor, but I read once that large trauma frequently has little blood, at least at first. Cause the blood vessels and muscles swell shut in response to a ripping wound. Also, the top of your thigh doesn't have any major arteries to immediately spray blood.

No wonder he was having trouble climbing the fence with his leg all screwed up!
